GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Belt scales are developed an integrated basis and are designed for:

 

             * Determining the current performance and control the amount of transported bulk material.

             * Determining bandwidth and consumption of material from the power supplies.

             * Forming the mixture.

             * Signalization in extreme situations of stress on the conveyor belt.  

             * Draw up a balance.

             * Configuration of belt dosimeter with speed control of the belt canvas and power devices. 

             

 STANDARD CONFIGURATION -

 

             * Measuring section.

             * Load cell/cells -  C3 grade, OIML IR60, IP66/67 - 

               TEDEA HUNTLEIGH/FLINTEC.

             * Speed sensor.

             * Microprocessor control system for processing data:

                 -   Indication of the momentary loading

                 -   Indication of momentary productivity

                 -   Information about the passed amount of material (total for the period)

                 -   Serial otput RS232C/RS485 - up to 1000 meters from the scale

                 -   Signalization for incorrect states of the system and conveyor

       Option:

                 -   4 discrete inputs 24V

                 -   4 discrete otputs

                 -   analog output 0-5V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA or 0-24mA

 

INSTALLATION:

 

             * Built in the construction of existing rubber conveyor belt, without violating the integrity of the supporting frame.

Possible deviation sizes "A" and "B". They can be corrected depending on the sizes of the frame of the existing rubber conveyor belt.                                   

Inclination of the side rollers - 10, 20 or 30 degrees - extra clarification. Rubber conveyor belt with straight rollers - 0 degrees. L - distance between the rollers of the conveyor.

ACCURACY:   Higher +/- 1% than the max performance in a range from 20 to 100%.   Under good working conditions and homogeneous composition of the bulk material may achieve accuracy 0.5% of the actual performance in a range from 20 to 100%.   Static accuracy of the scale "BELC" type higher than +/- 0.05%, without taking into account the impact of the conveyor.

 

 

ACCURACY:   Higher than +/- 0.5% than the max performance in a range from 20 to 100%.   Under good working conditions and homogeneous composition of the bulk material may achieve higher accuracy.   Static accuracy of the scale "BMLC" type higher than +/- 0.05%,  without taking into account the impact of the conveyor.   Static accuracy of the scale "BELC" type higher than +/- 0.05%,  without taking into account the impact of the conveyor.
