Electronic truck scales - reinforced concrete construction for surface/shaft mounting. |
The loading receiving device is a low-profile reinforced concrete construction for surface / shaft mounting wich is equipped by coupled modules with length 4, 6 и 7 m. Modules are delivered reinforced like the installation is performed on the foundation of the scale. The electronic equipment is installing 3 weeks after modules casting and the full loading to max. scale load is possible after 4 weeks.
● Height approaches – 450 mm.
● It is possible modules to be delivered completed (with casted concrete).
The advantages of the reinforced concrete construction: long period of exploatation, no corrosion problems, good grip between tyres of the vehicles during the winter. Minor linear thermal expansion during the summer.
